Proficient in high intensity training. Within these four weeks, you'll develop a healthy and sustainable workout regimen that will not demand excessive amounts of time.
Best friends with your MOTR®. You can take the guess work out of weekly workouts, and you'll no longer need to rely solely on Instagram moves for inspiration.
Supported by the Iron 9 community, before, during and after the program. The RESIST/SWEAT Facebook group is a group that you'll find restorative workouts in (specifically, live and prerecorded Pilates on the MOTR® and Roll & Release). You'll have your own squad of women who are are cheering you on, and working along side you, myself included.
Restored and refreshed. You will experience the results that you've been after without the depletion that other training programs have left you with.
A healthier version of yourself. Working out is just a fraction of the big health picture. Throughout these 4 weeks you will firsthand experience how little habits can add up to impactful results.

Do I need to own a MOTR® to utilize this program?
Actually, no. Most of the moves can be adaptable to resistance bands and or weights.
