RESIST is dynamic strengthening, intense core stabilization and balance challenges on the MOTR®. The MOTR® is an innovative Pilates training tool that uses a foam roller and pulley system.

Improve your stride by strengthening your core muscles, increase mobility and stability and increase mobility for injury prevention and peak performance. 55 minutes.
Come a few minutes early to your first class, please bring a mat and water.
Park in the back of The Fountain, use the touch screen to sign in just outside the studio (on your left).
The easiest way to check in is to download the Vagaro app and scan your member QR. It also makes booking, rescheduling or contacting us a snap!
If you chose not to use the app, that’s okay too, but you will need to know your password.
