Everyone can benefit from personal training, whether it is a seasoned athlete, a new mom, or an overtrained, undernourished gym rat (I can only say it because I was there once, too). Understanding what you need and how to accomplish the needs in your life right now can feel like a moving target. Working one on one, I teach you to listen to what your body is telling you and how to reach your goals.
